Longer cables experience higher voltage drop due to increased resistance. A 2-meter gooseneck at 3A will drop approximately 0.15V, while a 0.5-meter version drops only 0.04V. We provide detailed voltage drop calculations for each custom length. For critical applications, we recommend shorter lengths or higher wire gauge (20AWG).
