Should I choose Brass or Stainless Steel for my project?
It depends on your environment. Brass is highly ductile (easier to bend) and is the gold standard for decorative finishes (Chrome, Gold, Bronze). Stainless Steel (304/316) is preferred for industrial, medical, and outdoor use due to its superior tensile strength, load-bearing capacity, and corrosion resistance.
Can the gooseneck tubing be customized to carry internal wiring?
Absolutely. All our brass and stainless steel goosenecks can be manufactured with a Hollow Core. You can specify the required Inner Diameter (ID) to accommodate USB cables, sensor wires, or fiber optics while maintaining full flexibility.
What is the maximum weight (payload) your gooseneck can support?
We can "stiffen" the gooseneck by using thicker internal wire gauges. We have designs capable of supporting anywhere from 100g to 2.5kg+. Please provide your required length and payload weight, and we will recommend the correct torque profile.
Can you provide custom thread samples before mass production?
Yes. We offer a Rapid Prototyping Service. We can produce a custom sample—complete with your specified threads, material, and torque—within 3-7 business days for your engineering team to verify fitment.
Are your materials RoHS and REACH compliant?
Yes. All our raw materials (Brass and Stainless Steel) and surface treatments are fully compliant with RoHS and REACH standards, making them safe for international export and medical applications.
