Can you manufacture a gooseneck arm to hold a specific weight?
Yes. Weight capacity (payload) is determined by the inner spring wire diameter, outer wire thickness, and the overall length of the tube. Tell us the weight of your device and the required length, and our engineers will design a custom gooseneck that maintains position without drooping.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom orders?
For standard stock items, we have a very flexible MOQ to support your testing phase. For fully custom OEM orders (custom threads, specific pantone colors, or unique CNC bases), the MOQ typically ranges from 500 to 1,000 units depending on the complexity.
How do you ensure the goosenecks won't rust in humid or marine environments?
For high-humidity applications like aquariums or marine equipment, we highly recommend our Silicone-Sleeved Goosenecks or 304 Stainless Steel options. The silicone jacket acts as a completely waterproof barrier, keeping the internal metal isolated from moisture and salt spray.
Do your gooseneck tubes allow wires to pass through?
Absolutely. We manufacture "hollow-core" gooseneck tubes specifically designed for cable management. We ensure the inner diameter (ID) is wide enough for your USB, power, or data cables, and we meticulously chamfer the internal edges of the end fittings to prevent cable abrasion.
What standard threads do you offer on your end fittings and bases?
Our standard production includes all major Metric (M6, M8, M10, M12) and Imperial threads (1/4"-20 for cameras, 3/8", 5/8" for audio). If your industry requires specific pipe threads (NPT, BSP) or completely unthreaded ends for press-fitting, our CNC facility will machine them to your exact specifications.
What is your standard production lead time?
For sample production and prototyping, lead time is generally 5-7 days. For mass wholesale production, standard lead times are 15 to 25 business days, depending on the order volume and surface finish requirements.
