Can these lights be wired directly into the CNC controller?
Yes. Our 24V DC models are specifically designed to be integrated into the machine’s electrical cabinet. This allows the task light to be controlled by the machine’s main power switch or programmed PLC logic.
How do the gooseneck arms handle hot metal chips (swarf)?
For environments with high-velocity hot chips, we recommend our Armored Stainless Steel series. These feature an interlocked steel outer jacket that protects the internal flexible conduit and wiring from mechanical damage and thermal shock.
Are the lenses resistant to pitting from coolants?
We use Tempered Borosilicate Glass for our industrial lenses. Unlike plastic or standard glass, this material is highly resistant to the chemical "pitting" caused by pressurized coolants and is tough enough to withstand impact from flying metal debris.
What is the benefit of a "high-torque" gooseneck versus a standard one?
Standard goosenecks are designed for static environments (like a desk). High-torque goosenecks use thicker internal wiring and tighter winding, providing the friction necessary to hold heavier LED heads steady against the constant harmonic vibrations of a factory floor.
What is your typical lead time for custom OEM orders?
Technical Samples: 5–7 business days.
Wholesale Batch Production: 15–25 business days depending on the surface treatment and specific IP-rating requirements.
Can we customize the gooseneck length and base mounting?
Absolutely. We can manufacture gooseneck arms up to 1000mm and customize the base to match your machine’s existing mounting holes (M8, M10, or custom flange patterns).
